Building super teams around a kid that can skate in tyke are gone. Play the game or live in the past. Those trophies will make great stories for the kids one day

Playing great hockey then sleeping in your own bed sounds like a no brainer and a one time deal at this point since spring and summer hockey will drastically taper off over the next 2 years. Would be a nice way to wrap it up if invited.
