keep hearing DD blew up and lost half the players last year but to me they still look very good. I guess they lost the bottom half so it was irrelevant.

At what year has DD not blown up?

Their picks up seem to be AAA drop downs who can de described as better than SOME of what they lost. Now if there was a change in culture, they would be unstoppable.

What’s wrong with their culture?

When half the roster changes every year and the kids coming in have a history of changing teams every year, not exactly the sign of a great program. Recruiters (not player developers), win chasers, crazy parents. Nothing against DD, there's a few of these teams at every age, every level.

Half the roster changes when they are pushed out due to inability to play on a top team. Recruiting the best available players is what ALL coaches SHOULD be doing not picking based on relationships.
