Yup! Gravy train coming to an end for a lot of parents who have lived off of U10/11 success or befriend their way onto a good team. Esp with hitting around the corner, lil dangle monsters markers will be exposed when they skate the longer route not to get hit.

Very correct. Top teams in u10/11 went downhill.

Someone commented on here that SIR played in a single A tournament. How did they do?

Not a single double A player on the team. Looks like a huge rebuild for them.

They lost to a team 4-2 with a empty netter, the team that won it all,,,their only loss,,, finished with a 3-1-1 record. It wasn't the SIR team, no rebuild since it was a pick up team. They weren't in Division 1 so that explains your no AA player there.

yup. team that won it all is a AA team from NC. you guys put way too much on spring hockey. even NYK vs. VR wasn't their full rosters. get a life and worry about your kid staying in AA.

You people are insane over analyzing canlan spring tournaments. That team for Scarb Spirit was half the Single “A” Ice Raiders and the rest of the team was random Single “A” kids. Not one kid who played in that tournament is on the Winter Ice Raiders team..

Correct 100% not a single AA player was on that roster. Crazy hate on the ice raiders for some reason.

SIR hate was well earned but with all the movement on that team i would expect more teans will start acting like idiots

Spring/Summer hockey is used 2 different ways. #1 kids who don't play together (different teams or levels) getting together to have fun and play hockey in the spring or summer and #2 teams trying to gel a little before the early tournaments. You won't see top teams there. Only teams like LF, NYK, SIR. If they win they will celebrate (beating no one) but we all know they aren't playing for anything this year so enjoy the Canlan hardware
