No team in this loop has anything special to talk about. Little skill and few coaches that can teach a system.
Hardly any kids progress to aaa from this loop. Signs of a good team with solid coaching is the progression of players going up. Crickets.

You do realize the gap between AA and AAA is massive. How many do you expect to make the jump per team?

The gap narrows every year by u 15 most of the top AA kids will have opportunities to move up if they want as the kids who have been getting screamed at since U10 and havent developed move down. A tale as old as time
