Can’t understand their coach’s Ch-o phenomenon. Every year he’s doing nothing. saw a lot of his practices in last couple of years , he’s in his phone most of the time while kids always do exactly same thing. His teams always in the bottom, he barks 90% of the time during games. But every season he manages to find parents that send their kids to his teams. And if you talk to them, many adore their coach. What is special about him?

This year is no different. A bunch of poorly behaved overly ambitious parents and kids that look like 5 years olds.

It's disheartening to hear such negative comments about a coach and the children he coaches, especially the comparison to 5-year-olds. While everyone is entitled to their opinions, it's important to remember that such remarks can be hurtful and dismissive. Coaching involves complex responsibilities, and judging children or their parents in such a manner is unfair and unproductive. Do better.

Yeah
Based in how everyone talks about each others coaches, we should all just quit hockey because they are all no good pieces of $h1t and not good for our kids. 🤣. Every coach has their pros and cons and their style doesn't appease to everyone.

And for the grown a$$ adult talking $h1t about 8 year olds looking like 5 year olds... you are pathetic. Keyboard warrior insulting kids behind a screen. Imagine a grown adult walking into a changeroom saying that to kids in person. I've seen it all on this forum and laugh at all the parent and coach bashing... but the kids? Thats another level of low.

The scary part is that these are parents most likely on teams with us hiding their tru craziness.

Leave alone the kids. Why parents want their little pros to go to C's teams? He is not a new person in that business, everyone knows him or seen him in action. 20 kids on the smallest and cheapest ice running circles or poking each other with sticks, while their coach in jeans is busy with his phone. literally all his teams of all age groups including spring teams loose everything. He is not coaching teams at aaa or even aa where parents might go to boost their egos. Results speak for themselves, but he still has a deep client base. Feels like a weird masochistic cult.

Heard that TT will have a better than usual coach and roster this year
Any TT parents here? Is it true that their head C tells the kids that if they discuss with their parents any dressing room conversations there will be consequences? If it’s true, I’d rather send my kid to house league or a different sport than leave him alone with that guy
