2016 AAA
Re: 2016 AAA
Thoughts on how OMHA west will stack up. Looking at the 2015 age group it looks like Niagara is very strong. How would Oakville be compared to others?

Fake news no underager in this group deserves a free rideGuest wrote: ↑Fri Feb 14, 2025 12:20 amWhere does the kid play now?Guest wrote: ↑Fri Feb 14, 2025 12:08 amIt’s true! There is no under aged I’ve seen that’s better than the top 2016s who are not even getting free rides except for maybe a small handful. Sounds like a desperation move. Is the new McDavid walking around already?Guest wrote: ↑Wed Feb 12, 2025 11:27 am Is it true TRW is giving free ride to a underager lol

Guest wrote: ↑Thu Feb 13, 2025 9:50 am Huge pick up for the Nat's.
One of the top 2016's playing up with NYR has been cut and has committed to the Nat's for next year.
Decomitts are coming as they have offered spots to too many players.
Classless team.
No surprise there about the mom cut and landing amongst the nat group lol Can't disguise that fake face for too long

Oakville was in a spring event and lost to the 2017 raiders I. The round robin then beat us in the semi finals only to lose to the aces in the finals so I’m sure they are okay most likely.Guest wrote: ↑Fri Feb 14, 2025 7:18 am Thoughts on how OMHA west will stack up. Re: 2016 AAA
That was almost one year ago. All the kids that scored are in KSL now..so not sure how they are now. Usually Oakville always puts a strong team but open borders may hurt themGuest wrote: ↑Fri Feb 14, 2025 8:53 pmOakville was in a spring event and lost to the 2017 raiders I. Re: 2016 AAA
Reid Acton, Don Mills Flyers U15 (2010) head coach and owner of Beast Athletics and Bob Acton Sports, used his reputation in the community and within the Don Mills organization to keep Michael Hollander in his position as Head coach of the U12 (2013) Don Mills Flyers team.Guest wrote: ↑Wed Jan 01, 2025 10:21 pm Whoever in the Don Mills organization protecting the 2013 Head Coach from being removed from his position on the U12[Minor Peewee] AAA hockey team and allowing the payments from parents to the Head Coach and to the organization for him to remain in his position is a cancer to minor hockey, especially to the families of the East End Toronto, and are yet another black eye on the Greater Toronto Hockey League.
For anyone with the capacity to do so, start asking questions to help right the ship.

Michael Hollander has not been successful as Head Coach with the 2013 age group for the past three years. He has struggled to stay out of the bottom six. He has lost some of the most skilled players to other teams every year for past three years, He has alienated every single Toronto family, mostly Toronto East End families. Michael Hollander has been suspended by the Greater Toronto Hockey League multiple times and expelled from sanctioned tournaments for cheating. Reid Acton’s protection of Michael continued to set this age group up for failure and allow wealthy families from outside Toronto to influence ice time, roster selection and team budget without consequence. All of this at the expense of the 2013 players and goalies he has coached for three years.
There are serious questions on sponsorships, paid training selection and training facility contracts for the return of how the team is managed and developed. Most people seem to be aware of the individuals with money and its disgusting. Reid Acton, Michael Hollander’s friend and employer, tried to save Michael’s reputation through all of this.
Has Reid Acton succeeded in keeping Michael Hollander in his head coaching position for the long term or is the Don Mills organization back on course with the U12 age group?

Re: 2016 AAA
So... when are we going to see who actually got what team for 2025/26 and end all this bickering here.
