You think that kids that are 7 and 8, that are expected to play a sport with intensity, effort, be on the ice through the week like a full time job, and then be told the results matter so little that they don't keep score - is NOT crazy?
The kids know the score, the parents know the score, the coaches know the score.
Other Rep sports that these kids play in the summer keep the score.
Why is OMHA so ridiculous like this? It truly is run by a bunch of Liberal Woke losers, isn't it?

Definitely kids keep track of scores. Young kids in other sports keep scores. Hockey should be no exception

What does this even mean? They don't want white male coaches? secondly the whole time, it basically focuses on being mindful that you are white and male and you shouldn't coach as if you are white and male. And if there is anyone else that is not white and male - you should allow them to do most of the thinking and actions.

What value does it bring? Also, at the end of the day, if there were a bunch of asian and black parents getting shut out of coaching because white people stole their jobs - maybe you have some sort of woke liberal logic argument. But that aint happening either. There are none. No one wants to do it except white people. And MOSTLY men.
If some Toronto team that only has asian kids on it wants to find an asian coach - so be it. But good luck.
