Pretty simple for Fwds

There will prob be 5-6 F who score 50+ goals in AA. They will be easy to spot. Thats ur AAA kids. Rest, Will be compete and have to attend AAA tryouts. From the gossip around AAA parents those kids are

1 kid on panthers
1 on hv
1 on islanders
1 on SYBr

You have much higher odds being a standout goalie or a AA Dman who by age 12 is 5’8 and 130 lbs and can skate than to hope that scoring 50G in U10 AA will translate into fwd success at AAA (it won’t).

I know the panthers and islander kid. Who are the other 2.
Who cares. It’s AA. We’re here for fun. If they’re good. Great. If they chose AA great. If they weren’t ready for AAA in April but will be by next April. Amazing. Looking forward to it all starting.

1 2 3 SYB!!!!

Unless you are going to play for the bottom 4 GTHL AAA teams, there is not a single kid in AA that would or could crack a top half AAA GTHL team. They will only slide down the scale a bit more as the year goes on. The intensity is different , the training is different and the level of commitment is very different.

We will see come December if anyone in AA gets an offer to commit for the following season or simply " come to tryouts "

There will be more than one Islanders kid that will have an opportunity to play AAA next year, if they if they continue to develop.
