If that’s true, the law needs to be involved immediately. That’s a death threat

Not in the context of a hockey game, it’s not. That type of talk happens all the time in a game.

That said, the intent in this case was far different, and extremely offside by Oakville player. His parents must be proud

The game is not lawless. That’s a threat of death to more than one family member. If it was me, charges would’ve been laid before the game was over

I don’t thinks there’s a team in the O that would this kid down their draft board because of this. If anything, they’ll look at it as a kid who does anything it takes to win. Like it or not, that’s the truth.

Also….lets put it in perspective, he’s 16. I’m sure he will learn from it, let’s not burn the kid at the stake
