NSWC is terrible PF won't help this team, they are not good in the slightest. This amalgamation hurt Oshawa a great deal and just made, I feel bad with them having to combine with Clarington

If you have the slightest idea of what's really happening, you would know that COW & MW will be the most improved teams. Not saying they will be the best teams, but the most improved teams.
