There is no consistency from one coach to the next, let alone from one daddy to coach to the next. The org needs to build out a plan for the coaches to generally follow to achieve progressive development throughout the entire organization.
You have non hockey guys running aaa, you have a skills coach coaching his own son while profiting off other teams. The GM hates giving releases but released her son to the G years back. Blow up the organization, merge with APR or OG
