U9 Half Ice gone at Rep

Now with a couple years gone by, would unsanctioned leagues survive if the OHF dumped half ice at the rep level. OHF centers are being devastated because of half ice is it to late to save it?

Probably depends if centres hire coaches that stayed in sanctioned hockey or coaches that have gone rogue. People will follow where they think the coach will come from.
