Best U14 Tournaments?

With Quebec and OHFs both in U13, what are the best, or simply biggest, U14 tournaments a team can enter? Does it revert back to Silver Stick? Thanks for any help.

I assume AAA
Was thinking AAA, but both I guess might be helpful. Applied as a non-parent to coach, waiting to find out what team I get - told them I was open to either level.
