2016 Goalie - LF Spring/Summer Leagues or Tourneys

Hi everyone,
Looking for suggestions for Spring and Summer leagues or tournaments for our 2016 (just turned 8 y/o) son. Ideally to join a preassembled team in need of a goalie, but any ideas or recommendations welcome. York Region or North York would be best for us.
