C'mon they had an off game. Beat them in the quarter finals.

Instead of fair, let’s be accurate. They lost to the Bears, which are the AA Vaughan Panthers. Their roster is their winter team, all AA kids plus 2 AAA kids.
So the poster was right then. WW lost to a AA team
that "AA" team also beat 2 other G AAA teams, have had a strong core playing together for years and added a couple strong G AAA kids.

but you're correct, the poster was right. WW lost to a "AA" team
I stand corrected. WW lost to a AA team with "a couple strong G AAA kids"
Sounds like sour grapes from someone who was cut. Lots of former WW kids at the rink watching.
The elitist AAA crap needs to stop. A lot of AAA caliber kids stay at the AA level for a variety of reasons. Take a look at last year’s U16 WW AA team. Half were former AAA kids that wanted to stay back and win the red hats
I doubt that’s how the WW board members see things after this past weekend’s results. Nice try though.

LOL. AAA at other centers as bottom end players because they couldn't make WW AAA growing up.

Sour grapes? LMAO. More like a blessing in disguise! New coach that came in was the best thing that could have happened for all the non returning players!

Sounds like a few butt hurt ex WW parents in here who couldn't make AAA and rightfully so. It's your toxic attitude why your son never got signed.

Enjoy AA this year keyboard warrior.

Hey motor mouth. Without a doubt, your current team wouldn't beat that AA team the WW's played this weekend.

Move along down to AA and A butter cup.

People who live and/or play in Durham seem very angry, very bitter. Radioactivity in Pickering and Darlington may be the cause. BOD at the OMHA looking into it

Hey Numb Nuts, only 2 of the WW team from this past season will be playing AA next season (by choice). The rest are playing on AAA teams that will have more success then the new WW squad. Losing to a AA team from the G should tell you everything you need to know of what's to come for the MM year. FYI, there are definitely some loose lips within the organization that have publicly expressed their concern about next season on several occasions.

Several no shows at the WW tryouts.
Previous AAA players were exempt last night. Either your kid has never played AAA and was there or you are freaking nuts watching 15 year olds tryout for a team that you aren't interested in.
AA was also exempt
Zing! lol!
The skate was a mess tonight. Way too many kids. Stand outs were the WW home town kids and a few ( not all ) of the import commitments. I’m Not a WW parent but wanted to see for myself.
This didn’t age well. The WW home town stand outs couldn’t even beat a AA team this weekend 👏
Sounds like you were on WW u15 AAA team. The same one that couldn't beat Clarington Zone AAA which had 90% AA kids on it. Don't be upset you didn't make AAA this year in whitby. A lot of kids who should have never been playing AAA faced reality when Oshawa and Clarington merged.

Good luck to you in dub.
