From Montreal to Vancouver

Hi! We are two guys from Sweden who will travel to Canada next late winter/ early spring. We will drive all the way from Montreal to Vancouver in three weeks and watch hockey. We know a lot about the NHL but not so much about lower leagues and minor league. What places would you guys recommend? Everything from “derby” to most chill town with best bars and so on. If it’s a big city or small town with population of 150 we want to se it all. Thanks
