So basically nothing announced just changing the name of tier 1 to Elite.

The NYHL is promoting this Elite league as AAA bound and their clubs are signing up because they feel their group is AAA bound. So if this then NT, TRT, Humber and Rangers will loose their talent to AAA and then I guess their lower tier become their AA in U10?

Have any other teams signed on to join the U9 NYHL Elite Division?

I'd contact your club and ask to have this clarified. Why are we saying FULL ICE can't find that specified on their site. Full ice is not happening and NHYL will HC rules.

We know it's not full ice the whole year...

But why would first half of year be half ice when nyhl plays 3/4? I think league needs to clarify for everyone

Sorry you where not kept in the "everything hockey loop" but 1/2 ice at U9 isn't a thing! Unless you are referring to house league. Nyhl does 3/4 to start and I believe just after the new year they go full ice.
