Rumour is that a last minute deal was made with Puck Daddy, he is teaming up with the VP 2009 AA coach to take over a u18 AAA team potentially in the G.

Has anyone had experience working under Puckdaddy93? I went on his socials, seems like a bit of a hard ass. I know they would prioritize tough players who can lay the body. At least he would keep the boys in check though.

No it is not.
Originally it was good, last couple of years it is a money grab

Pay. Usually to your "agent" who has a backdoor deal, or is owed a favour from a team. There isn't the attention paid that there is to the U16 draft year.
