Verbally agree to join the team but thinking about backing out. Worried about what I've been hearing.
You want to work for OHP lady and the rich DR who bought the team? LOL have fun.
Generally, the reps have never been a good brand and they have a coach who knows nothing about the 2016 age group.

Also, OHP lady thinks she controls everybody.

Dr. W is a nice guy and i have no beef with him but his kid probably needs to spend some time training in the off season.

I don't believe this team will be in the top half but lets see what happens...

We were offered a spot but decided to go to a different team. I've heard several kids have backed out and im glad we didnt commit to the Reps.

My advice...find a team with a good coach who can develop your kid otherwise its going to be a long season.

Thank you. This is helpful. I was told they would be top 3-5 team.

If youre listening to anything on this site, you really should check on yourself and your judgment and you probably are not well equipped to be part of GTHL hockey world. same IP address posting over and over... Talk to the families and the coach directly
The last 2 pages just based completely bashed JRC, TM, Nats too... which are obviously great organizations. this website is puke.
The Reps will be fighting for top 5 for sure.

Oh god no, they will not be a top 3-5 team. Multiple decommits over the last few weeks.

Also, Dr. W is a nice guy, but hes sooooooo overbearing and should never be on a bench since hes knows zero about hockey. But, $$$$ gets you whatever you want.

I kinda disagree with the above guy, I think his kid is fine. Hes not a SUPERSTAR in AAA hockey, but I think he belongs. Where he fits on the team because of his dads input is more likely the issue.

If hes 2nd or 3rd line winger. Thats fine. If he ends up 1st line or 2nd line centre, you know the dad is involved too much lol

but more important than EVERYTHING is you have to deal with that psychopath C heryl OHP lady on everything. Friggin good luck with that. Start practicing kneeling and kissing her ring.

Doubt the Reps are bought by the doc. Is it OHP who knows. But OHP is smart if they did to grow their brand. But why does that matter. Few teams have been bought this year. Top teams this year will be TM, JRC, Nats. Bottom teams will be NYR and Rebels. All other teams should be competing with each other.

all of this is fake news spread by the same person over and over and based on lack of knowledge and old personal wounds. Nobody on the teams cares about this and who cares what gets posted on this trash site. Not anyone that actually knows hockey.
Great families and solid team. honestly same thing can be said of many of the other teams we skated with. Only one team really gave me major red flags... but of course not posting it on this site. Question anything anonymous morons post here, especially when they bash a 9 year old kids hockey ability (see garbage post above). unreal.

Who ever thinks Jrc is in the top 3 you has been mis informed. The most prestigious team is VK. It’s fine we will fly under the rador but VK is miles better than Jrc.

Enjoy our cuts lol

123 … VK

Get a grip of yourselves folks. Constantly bashing OHP is getting old. The person talking nonsense about Reps is likely one of the parent cuts who is still upset. Highly doubt OHP has bought Reps 2016 group. The association with OHP and playing on their development teams is great and a good move. Don’t see why there is concern. Let’s all be positive.

Couldn't agree more. There is no perfect situation. Never has been. There will always be some issues. You will face politics, some adversity to varying degrees but you got to stay resilient and navigate through it. It's first year of AAA. Let the kids play at least 1 game. Kids have yet to play AAA and we have and pages of nonsense. Find a situation where the coach is committed and played some high level of hockey with some coaching experience. The rest will be out of your control.
