It's 4 a.m. and I'm just getting up to start my morning routine, time for a jog to get the cardio in, then straight to the ice. I’ll crush a couple protein shakes, grab a shower, and head to school. That’s the kind of grind it takes when you’re chasing a spot in AAA. Once I make it, I know the doors will start opening from there.

In all seriousness, the spots for AAA will be in high demands. Hope you have the right trainer focused. Trying to find the right Spring Program for my kid as I just don't think Carnevale is going to cut it going up against 2009s. Any good Spring Hockey/Dryland Options for the kids?
