The new coach was announced very late in the year and he was put in a difficult spot and they're going to do the best they can. Because JRC barely plays #43 in big games and he’s better than that.
#53 will be the best dman on VK but will never get more ice time than #23 and #27 due to politics.
They would instantly be the top D pairing on DMF and get all the important minutes. It makes sense.

AC was kicked off VK and TYN. Stevie wanted him to stay but they chose to leave TRW because the penguin had a hissy fit they were keeping someone better than his kid
