Easiest way to put it…….it should be embarrassing for the organization and everyone associated with that team. This team is a case study for toxic hockey culture. If hockey really wanted to change they would act. Instead they protect the coaching staff who have let this manifest and contributed to the toxic environment and give them the team next year.

They shouldn't have given last years team to parent coach who took a bunch of players away from whitby. When your friends with the head of AAA you get teams when you shouldn't.

This has zero to do with last years team. In reality what they should have done was given then team back to those parents. They would’ve done a way better job and maybe more kids would’ve stuck around. They left because they didn’t want to play for a loser. Instead of having an a$$ hole coach and losing they took the A$$ hole coach and winning.
