I can't speak for all age groups but the 2012 coach coming form AA and bringing all his players with him cut legit AAA players so they can finish last

I know they are new but Credit River. Every team with the exception of the U14(2010) team is at the bottom of the league.

Any organization where the parents pick the team or tell the head coach who is or isn't on the team.

Apr zero development. Development is not budgeted for. They expect parents to pay additionally out of pocket for development and they allow their coaches to use budget for personal use such as buying new skates.
