I find this funny, APR and NS bragging how good they are and how they develop players. If you look over both associations, most of there age groups are in the bottom half.

Once they get to U18, most of the kids recruited are from other centers, developed by other coach's and associations.

The only reason these kids go to APR and NS at U18, is there told to play as close to GTA as possible and on the 401. Because scouts are not going to travel to far outside of the GTA for U18.

If these players are developed already why aren’t they playing jr a? Why go to these 2 places for a year of U 18?

They don’t need to be seen by scouts if they’re already developed.

Very naive/jealous comment. These are the 2 best programs for getting kids to the OHL or Jr.A from a U 18 perspective. Let’s not pretend that the reason a team like COW sucks is because they’re 25 minutes off the 401
