Agreed. U17 could be the last year before going to University. Meaningless pay big bucks just to fund coaches job.
Agreed. Probably still a couple delusional kids/parents at this age level but most are playing for fun.
Is it worth having paid coaches for U18AA? The budget for our team is actually going up! Secondly, is there a point for development skates and Dryland?

Good question, I’m wondering this myself so I’ll be following. Why would your budget be going up? Usually doesn’t at this age.
