Top teams have the most depth and not necessarily the best coaches. Parents are blinded by standings and trophies most times, winning doesnt always translate to happiness, lots of unhappy parents on top teams.

Big games tonight!

TE vs MB tiebreaker game! Both teams have the chance to win and their in to the next round. Elimination game. Exciting stuff. VP is waiting for the winner.

MB and VR also waiting and watching so we can get the second round going.

Round 2 in the East kicks off tonight also. Finally TRT and LF are back in action. TA and SIR maybe they steal a game, but dont expect them to be any match for TRT or LF. The only games that matter in the East will be the division finals when TRT and LF go at it!

Helluva game TE vs MNS. But in the end TE pulled it out in the 3rd and they're on to the next round.
TE vs VP
MB vs VR
Looking forward to a great round 2!

Because they aren't even close to the same calibre as TRT or LF. That will be the East finals. If TRT wins, it'll be anyones guess for the GTHL champs. If Leaside wins, and they've had TRT number most of the season, I still think Leaside gets smoked against the West teams.

Who cares, go back to your own thread.

TE the better team for sure. A balanced team than rolls the lines will beat a team that heavily relies and favors a handful of players will prevail in the long run. Congrats and good luck next round TE!

Hi.
Honest question.
I'm a mom from AAA dropping my son down to AA.
Who's the best coach.
If your dropping from AAA to AA, your kid was cut. There’s lots of top AA kids who can’t make AAA. A top coach isn’t impressed by this. Not to be rude but what does that mean best coach? There’s 17 reasons why a coach is good or bad. Just cause your son came from AAA doesn’t mean much. A winning coach doesn’t mean he’s the best coach. Maybe he’s an asshole and he wins at all costs. Maybe the bottom three never see the ice. Maybe he’s unapproachable. But he has a good record.

Agree cut and probably play 1-2 shifts a game if lucky like the MB AAA returns. All the U16 AAA Sens and Nats players will be looking for U17 AA spots or quit all together Why ? Because to make the jump to U18 AAA isn’t happening unless $$$ is involved! U17 AAA is great hockey for this reason and closer competition. Now this open borders rule may change things and the import rule is GTHL sticking with a 3 import max this coming season I have yet to see credible information on this just talk ! Kids all know players that have gone to AAA and it’s a joke when the speed #1 and skills aren’t there but there parents say the stupid things like they get better training ( sitting on the bench during games -( best training is playing that’s facts ) or seasons going good when you know full well they don’t play and tell other kids there just there for $$$ to coach / team .
