NHL would look very different without the AHL. OMHA has a place in minor hockey develop players for the big league. Unfortunately some that come reality sets in and they become real angry when their kid isn’t top cheese anymore.

The G is made of top OMHA players. These top players attract other OMHA players into the G. Think about it, let’s say 1/3 (even though we know it’s more than that) of these teams are made up of OMHA players

Next year more OMHA players are coming in bz their OMHA buddies are recruiting them into the best league made up of OMHA players. G roots are in the minority. If it wasn’t for the OMHA this league would basically be AA. Most of the ‘top dawgs’ come from outside the G. The G mainly develops soft boys and dads with deep pockets. Not much else.

How do these omha guys think they have a leg to stand on . Omha is soft goes without saying they’re top teams wouldn’t even make playoffs. And omha parents that are in the G you can’t talk shit cause you’re in the G . Go back to omha if it’s a better league ? What’s the debate the league or the players ?

Watched the top OMHA teams at tourneys this year. They can hang with all the G teams. Even beat a few.
Plus, half the OMHA is playing in the G because the G can’t produce quality players under their pay to play system.

There’s a little web site called my hockey rankings which helps delusional OMHA parent stay in their lane. It will be same across all ages. Top 8 GTHL teams are usually top 8 teams in Ontario based on analytics. So no I don’t have to watch. And yes even a blind squirrel finds a nut once in a while.

You can’t even rhyme off a true G team. OMHA players is a very long list.

The players would have stayed if the OMHA was so good.
They are no longer OMHA players if they play in the G.
No one goes out of their way to watch O or A games.

You make no sense because as you said G guys are OMHA guys, so OMHA guys are G guys. You follow. There is no G guys or O guys its just the GTHL and its way better then any other league. if your playing in it your a GTHL guy, and that's it the end, and no one cares whos from where who develops better, that's all nonsense and specific to specific situations. But no single person can deny the G is the most competitive league with the bigger crop of better teams.

REPS VK TM DMF - anything can happen any given day, but all seem to be a step below the teams above them and step above teams below them

TN & TRW - seems like will be stuck here here in no mans land for more years, but at least sort of keep it respectable
