On or about January 4, 2011, KC applied for a mortgage agent licence under the Act. He has a lengthy history of criminal convictions relating to drug and fraud offences.
The Superintendent issued a Notice of Proposal to Refuse KC application on the grounds that KC past conduct affords reasonable grounds for belief that he will not deal or trade in mortgages in accordance with the law and with integrity and honesty.
KC past conduct was as follows:
(a) he was most recently convicted of 3 counts of possession of not allowed and 4 counts of trafficking in not allowed on May 27, 2011;
(b) the convictions were based on KC guilty plea;
(c) prior to his guilty plea and convictions, KC made a false statement to FSCO staff that he is not guilty of the charges and that he would plead not guilty. Also, he made a false statement that the not allowed was for his personal use and not for trafficking for profit. These admitted attempts to deceive the court has rendered KC without any credibility.
(d) KC guilty plea and convictions were 14 months prior to the hearing. He would be on probation until June 2014. There was insufficient time to ensure that there would be no reoccurrence of criminal behaviour considering his past conduct and admitted lies before the court;
(e) KC held himself out as a mortgage broker by portraying himself as a mortgage broker on “Linked in”, even though he was not licenced as a mortgage agent or a mortgage broker. This was yet another deliberate misrepresentation by KC who has established a pattern of not being truthful;

Toxic and cowardly. This trash talk bullying is what lost the game for TM. JrC outplayed TM. They deserved the win. TM was not playing as a team. The team was divided. 1 player can't hold the Team. JrC looked amazing.

They talk shit about other parents and kids all the time and are not team players at all. Ask VK parents.
Try and bribe the coaches into giving their kid opportunities he don’t deserve and then stomping and whining like toddlers when they don’t get their way. That’s why VK turned them down last year and this year again. I heard they weren’t the only team that said no thanks!
