Now that didn't take long. The 2015 coach is holding down the 6th spot with a goalie and maybe 4 players. They are not an easy team to play against and work hard. I'd say, so far, he is getting the most out of the group he has. He is also great with the kids. As far as programs, there are teams in the loop with double, triple the talent that have improved less, by your logic that means the top 4-5 teams have absolutely atrocious programs as well.
