After time only top talent boys play JRC. Even coaches are quality coaches with high standard for qualification. If TM recruit it’s ok. Still talent is strong for JRC. Maybe this two TM and JRC will 1 and 2 place. It’s good for making it far for career in hockey to be professional and profitable athlete. Every year counts to play on top team.
