The guy who picks the coaches doesn’t have a kid on a team and he’s involved with the board so take a closer look to see if you can get involved

They are both pro hockey alum. And even tho the u18 coach is not even close to jws league There is absolutely an ole boys connection. Im not sure jw knew all the accusations but even if he did they take care of their own.
The board needs to step in to mitigate their boys club connection. I think the facts speak for themselves.

You do know you’re a moron right? The two year rule is for a birth year, not an age group. U18 coach hasn’t had the same birth year more than 2 years. Ever. Most organizations have a u16 and u18 coach in place for multiple years. Age groups, not birth years. Examples: London u16 and u18, sun county u16, Windsor u16 and I believe u18 as well.

It says team.
It was drafted before we had a u18 team so multiple birth years were not addressed.
Many orgs who managed to find DECENT HONEST u18 coaches who dont lie or cheat and have the best interest of the organization in mind - will change their constitution to accommodate this and keep them as a coach in residence.
We have not done this- nor should we with this moron. This coach could care less about the org or the emc territory kids- and certainly only has his own best interest in mind - Remember! - he was brought in by dw to solve the problem of emc u18 players having no where to play. He lied and said he would comply - he had no intention of serving the emc terroritory kids interest- he padded his team with connections or who ever suited him best and if it meant erasing all emc territory kids from the team he could care less - he filled his agenda and made an easy 25000$ off a bunch of suckers.

Read the constitution. Doesn’t say team. Therefore the rest of what you have said is also bullsh*t in my mind. Lesson…If you want someone to believe a word you say, don’t lie right off the hop.

Oh,,, and it was updated in January 2024. So there goes that argument too. U18 has been around for a few years.
