Does your association have goalie incentives at early ages?
I see all around that goaltenders are needed, or some are not great.
Should associations lower the registration fees to encourage more kids to become goalies? With the understanding they need to play at least a certain amount of season in net?
Some parents put their kid in net because their kid is not a strong skater, but goalies should be some of the best on team in relation to balance, mobility. Etc.
Thoughts?
