The biggest concern for parents, players and coaches is that this is U16 there is no do overs, there is no changes or cuts after this. So it is important to make good decisions bring in guys you trust and play for people you trust. If it’s brown and smells like shit it’s probably shit. People don’t change we are who we are if you’re not happy move on. If you think a guys trouble leave him where he is. It’s really that simple.
