Nothing wrong with being proud to get to the Top 1% in any activity or profession. You moron, love to run into you on the men’s league loop.

Bottom line. None of these guys should listened to. Just like you would not go to get treated by a "doctor" who worked 50% of the time as a plumber, you should not listen to anyone who is not competent enough to work 100% in their field and be compensated as such. Don't let these incompetents decide your kid's future. Even a broken clock is right twice a day. Most of these guys have fluked their way into producing maybe one NHL prospect in their 20yr coaching careers....dumb luck!!!

First off, you don’t develop an NHL prospect, when money parents on your team spend extra to get top players to play for you. If the player has played with the team for many years and that team was a mid pack team that worked their way up, then that team truly developed their players. These Sens and JRC’s of the hockey world never develop players. They grab the best players because of money, promises, academies, etc and they just simply win because they’re stacked. Meanwhile, the coach stands in the middle and looks good, even though he got paid $23,550 a year in Yemen or Chile, something ridiculous like th

All teams are based on recruiting. Only MM has been together since tyke with minimal change. Sens where built with top recruiting 2 years ago. The rest turn over 6 players a year for upgrades. Show me the development??? Great players come from having an it factor and time and money spent by parents. It’s why at the draft you NEVER hear a player thanking his minor hockey coach. Only Reps and TM coaches are exempt from this bias. Reps cause it’s top players leave every year which I believe MR made better and RP caused he’s new to the age group and had to deal with AC shit show. So both these coaches needed to recruit. No more then 1 or 2 changes a year should be made if there’s development. But coaches don’t want to work for it. They want it NOW. Fu$k put a bunch of top kids together and I can run a bench. Put any of these so called coaches on the TT NATS NYR TBK and the results would be the same none playoff team. These are recruiters not coaches. They have broken more kids then they’ve built.

I think id be happy if I were you, because it sounds like your kid is only on a AAA team simply because you live in the area, because if any of these kids who need to drive hours to play decent hockey were in the area, your kid wouldn't be on the team. Check that ego at the door my friend, your hockey is about to end sooner than you would like
