QRD's - still top team even with the loss of #9 and #87 along with some other cuts.
KG - losses their top goal scorer 28 and one of there better Dman to QRD’s
BB – This team was coming together nicely but a number of players may jump to the GTHL.
YSE – No luck of the Irish here, #7 getting the boot again and one of their best D #79 is going to GTHL.
WW – Going all in and scooping the better players from teams like NSW – #19, #73 and #9 with COW’s #58
PP – New coach and a return of a QRD cut doesn’t make much of a difference here.
NSW – Best players leaving and a few other will stray to other teams. This maybe a last place team next season.
COW – Best goalie leaving to play as a backup in the GTHL. Best Dman and maybe a forward jump to other teams keeps this group in the bottom three.
AP – New coach, same problem parent group. It’s going to be hard to recruit any good players here. No change.
NCP – Player or two may go to Barrie or YSE. Still a bad team.
MW – New coach may help, but who wants to go to Markham? They will battle NSW for last place.
Team culture plays a big part in player movement. Although the present MW culture is a losing one, the new complete coaching staff change should intice players to make a bold move. The new coach has no allegiances to parents and is going to try to prove himself as being a solid development program while improving the teams culture, philosophy and play. He will undoubtedly make necessary cuts and look to improve the roster. Tough pill to swallow perhaps making the jump there, and obviously probably not a promise of an OMHA winning season, but perhaps the goal of being a more competitive mid pack team is a good one. That growth there could potentially intice more movement for u14 when it all really counts anyway. A new and fresh non parent coach may make for a positive, healthy and developmental year for your kid.

I don’t think a non parent coach is lurking this site. This site is only for loser parents who want to insult innocent kids and try to pump their own kids’ tires. We see through you. Get a life. And obviously also for parents like myself who are entertained by the train wreck this is, but feel the need to comment when it pushes the envelope of spreading lies about decent people. The GTHL page is a dumpster fire try not stoop to that level.

No, that was definitely a loser coach trying to promote a terrible MW organization.Guest wrote: ↑Sat Feb 22, 2025 11:22 am I don’t think a non parent coach is lurking this site.
