My point is - ppl join those teams hoping it’s going to go well. It’s pretty clear from the two year sample size - it’s not going well. Those teams still have spots available. I’m not sure what you’re not understanding but my point is - those coaches are not great. They’re going to be right at the bottom for another year, while
Promising those joining changes and optimism only to produce the same results. I am sorry you joined one of those teams and I offended you

You’ve obviously never played sports in your life. Coaching has everything to do with player turnover. What an absurd comment.

Every kid in this league is going to get cut at some point in their hockey career.

Strongly disagree with the assertion that the worst teams have the worst coaches. Good coaches get hired into rebuild situations all the time.
