MM have a parent culture issue. “Little Johnny is a star” as seen by crazy best player dad on this thread. Kids can’t take or make a pass. MM will be fine. New team next year. Likely little to no kids returning and most probably won’t even make another AAA team.
Sounds like the KS AA dad coming in and acting like money can buy talent.
LOL came mid-season, can't be that bad. Bench is the common denominator for 2 failed seasons back to back.
You all need to get your facts straight. ML came in for U10 with a team already picked - he inherited it, and couldn't make any changes after the coach who picked them all up and left on a dime last minute. Good group of kids, but couldn't compete at AAA. Not their fault.

So - ML tried to rebuild the team that he didn't pick for U11, when most kids were moving and committing early - took what he could and knew where they would stand. Team went from 2-29-2 in U10 to 6-27-0 in U11. 4 more wins is a small step in the right direction. Plus, didn't account for the fact that some of the parents are insane losers. 2 nutcase goalie dads and a bunch of parents who think their kids should play for VK but 'politics' is the reason they arent.

ML knew what he was working with, and is making changes again to move forward in U12. Stop the nonesense.
Let’s not forget he is actually one of the few educated coaches in the league. I rather have my kid with an educated professional than an uncivilized idiot who is only after money!

He has never played hockey… education in what, undergrad in psychology from Fanshaw College, you work at a joke school as a guidance councillor, relax. No one is writing essays on the ice. You charge thousands of dollars to teach kids about a game that you suck at. That’s a scam in my books

NOT factual ML had full control of building the U11 team, hes a terrible coach who's ruined kids and yes many parents are crazy here but only cause they hate him asides from KS best player dad he's just crazy. Is his education in working with kids cause he sucks
He didnt pick U10 - when he build U11, he had small pool to pick from after most kids committed early elsewhere. U12 will be better still. Relax Nolan dad. 3rd team in 3 seasons looks good on you and your kid.

Good OMHA players coming to the G. Shit G players going to the OMHA. OMHA will be a laughing stock. Not a single APR player going to the G their results stand for themselves. Noone will self decency will play in the armpit of Ontario Ajax unless you want to hang out with homeless people and crackheads. APR AAA kids will be flooding back to A where they belong. We all got to see their 'talent pool' when the coach entered them into our tournaments. VK steam rolled them and the coaches son. Just look for KEMP and you know. Pathetic.

"ML knew what he was working with" While ML may have a certain level of education on paper, but sorry, I have to respectfully disagree with the idea that he knows what he's working with. It's clear that he struggles with coaching, particularly when it comes to connecting with and effectively communicating with kids. One comment I see above saying that 'kids can’t take or make a pass.' Passing is a fundamental skill, and if a coach can't teach that after six months, they likely aren't qualified to coach at any level, let alone AAA. Unfortunately, it seems that ML doesn't have a clear coaching system, nor does he seem to understand what his players need to improve. I truly understand that anyone considering joining his team will give it a chance, but I think you’ll start to see what I mean after just a couple of weeks in his training sessions.

What exactly is ML suppose to do? You can’t draw blood from a stone. He had a goalie who has now decommited. His goalie is leaving this year and the other one well?!? Unless he hits the omha hard, it’s going be another tough season
