On Sunday, June 14,2018 police executed a search warrant at the Peter Street establishment where they arrested three club owners.
Members of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), the Ministry of Community and Correctional Services, and the Ontario Provincial Police all took part in the raid.
An interim suspension application is under review by the AGCO as a direct result of public safety concerns.
Charged with possession of not allowed for the purpose of trafficking are Krystiyan Cattalla, 31 of Richmond Hill and Orlando Cattalla, 25 and Stephen Cattalla, 29, both of Woodbridge.
Krystiyan Cattalla is also facing eight counts of trafficking a controlled substance and possession of 3 kilograms of not allowed. All three had a June 14 court appearance.
