How long till coach quits?
Just call up the AA coach with his team. Might be the best option.

COW lost Capt to the G, getting 2D from PP, 2F from PP, need a G and will be top 4
MW getting 2F from YSE, G from TT, F from DMF, they need 2 good D and will easily be top 4.
QRD getting 2 from PP, easily be top 2
YSE getting F from CRC, F from SW, G from SW, D from NCP. Needing 1 top F and will challenge for 1st.
BJC getting D from YSE, F from NCP, need lots
