Movement day is tomorrow
Who goes where?
Who is losing their top players?
Who is chasing brick and going to Marlies?
JRC losing their top player
WW losing a couple ? Where are they going.
TRW is all OMHA
MHR = TMZ
Are they the top kids from YSE and the other centre going to TRW? Or are they the second tier kids whose parents think they should have had more ice..
TRW are getting half the Ajax/pickering team, and 4 forwards from Northshore.
Sounds like they will be just as bad as this year.
Someone players are in for a complete surprise when they realize what this was all about. $$$$$
This is the first crack in the friendship group. its all about to implode soon

First year of open borders in OMHA land and no real surprises. Had a few kids from other centres show up, and a few cuts on the second day. Turnover 5/17. Maybe a bit more than previous years but not crazy…

There is no quality in any omha centers within an hour drive to the G there is the reality of this.
Enjoy omha hockey as it becomes more and more like AA GTHL

Yes, driving force dad was given a $$$ deal.
HA HA HA! The lengths people will go to anonymously on here or running around rinks telling lies to trash their “friends”.
Any team with spots left obviously has been through this before. There’s always movement after the brick. This is where egos clash and parents get butt hurt.
It’s always better to ride a short bench of horses than to pick up a few donkeys just to fill a team.
Most teams at this age should be running with 5D and some will even run with 8F. Easier to everyone involved in the game while giving some extra ice to whoever’s going that game.
I have a AAA kid but he's not good enough to play for either Brick team. We were at westwood over the weekend and got to watch the PHD team practice a bit. If they can play as a team they will be scary good.

I doubt the go very far this year at brick. They have 3 forwards who shouldn't be there but are due to favours and will see limited ice, when they do see ice they will be awful. Their D is horrendous outside of 2 kids, the Ottawa kid and EMC kid are AA players.
PHD had this issue last year and we all know how that ended up, early exit from the TBD team who had the better D
No drama, no bias — just a real take from someone coaching in the loop. I don’t have a kid in the mix, and I’m not here to push anyone’s narrative. This is how I see the teams stacking up heading into the season:
1. TM – The Brick pulls in U11. No surprise here — high-end skill across the board.
2. JRC – Long-term vision. Some kids left unhappy with structure, but the group that stayed will be stronger for it.
3. DMF – Picked up legit talent. Big question mark is whether RE can manage the egos, especially around the first line.
4. REB – Sleeper pick. Strong additions and very disciplined coaching staff.
5. NATS – Built for when contact hits, but we’re not there yet. HC is more focused on off-ice chatter with “prospects” than on development.
6. NYR – AK has deep OMHA ties through Bulldogs and his camps and a solid reputation. Attracted the most OMHA replacements only next to TRW. TBD.
7. TT – Total wildcard. Could finish much higher… or lower. Belissimo is unproven at this age group, and the imports from JRC, NYR, etc., aren’t game-changers. TBD.
8. VK – Strong overall program, but parent interference and immature coaching are holding them back.
9. REPS – One of the best team cultures around. MC brings a pro vibe, but with only 3 roster changes, they are likely to fall by overlooking the OMHA and other kids that are developing faster than their roster.
10. SENS – Quality coaches, but recruiting continues to be their Achilles' heel.
11. TRW – Ambitious attempt to become an OMHA force, but execution has been poor.
12. MM – Tough road ahead. Parent group lacks cohesion, and AE burned a lot of bridges with how he handled spring skates.
