Does anyone want to stay and develop a team, together? Or does jumping around and starting from scratch every year seem more appealing? Most successful teams develop all players as a team, for multiple years.

You can't develop kids who don't want to be there and ones that have toxic parents , and by the sounds of kids coming here it might be time to leave.

We have toxic parents leaving and kids that are a behaviour problem from our OMHA team. It’s better to get rid of them. These are the families that will bounce around every year.

All teams have problems. If they weren’t happy with YSE then just wait until their kids sit for entire the third period in the GTHL…

Behaviours are infectious - they will kill a team every-time. Parent coaches who coach an entire team around making their kid look good, and locker room killer kids….. Two quickest ways to bring down a team

YSE parents are pretty annoying and toxic. My child plays against them and even hears some of the kids on the ice being as toxic as those parents. awful with those families who are over entitled.

This team is OMHAs version of a G team, buying your kid a spot on the team, toxic parents, entitled kids, no development.... just go to VK better option at least they will get training.
