Re: 2013 GTHL AAA
I would rather play on AM’s sledge hockey team than be a bench warmer just to wear the same jersey as CC.Guest wrote: ↑Mon Jun 23, 2025 9:37 pm What team did AM’s kid play on last weekend?

Re: 2013 GTHL AAA
Option 1:
You can roll CC , LT every second line and be a fifth placed team without team. And not get a shiny medal to post on IG.
Option 2.
Or you could not pay for CC and LT and be a 20th placed team (But you actually get to play and not receive a shiny medal. )
Which is better?
Tell me again how much did Everest charge you?
Re: 2013 GTHL AAA
They charged $1100 plus tax and hotel plus uniform. This covers Karen’s $400 a night food bill and Teakle’s food and hotel. Or maybe they stay together.Guest wrote: ↑Tue Jun 24, 2025 12:36 pmit’s called developing when you sit on the bench

Either way it’s a lot of money to literally have your kid sent to the middle of the bench and told not to move while you watch the free kids get triple shifted. Tough one to swollen.
Re: 2013 GTHL AAA
This weekend did nothing but damage Everest’s reputation. They burned a lot of bridges and hurt their brand big time. I seriously doubt that team will look the same come next spring hockey. Plenty of people have already said they’ll never play for Everest again, and those who didn’t are just glad they missed that train wreck. I even heard Teakle completely lost it in the dressing room after that embarrassing 6-1 loss. With a roster that strong, they should’ve won. It really says a lot about the coaching. Looks like it’s the end of the road for Everest.Guest wrote: ↑Tue Jun 24, 2025 2:47 pmThey charged $1100 plus tax and hotel plus uniform. Re: 2013 GTHL AAA
Teakle did lose it in the dressing room which was ironic because he didn't make any adjustments or do any coaching the entire game. Just double shifted CC and kept repeating "we need one Cam" to him on the bench over and over. The guy can't coach worth shit. Two of their wins were because CC put the team on his back and forced them to win the games, even LT couldn't help.Guest wrote: ↑Tue Jun 24, 2025 3:13 pmThis weekend did nothing but damage Everest’s reputation. Re: 2013 GTHL AAA
Everest charged $2465 each for registration, hotel, uniform. That's before anyone paid for food, gas, spending money. It was a $4,500 trip at least.Guest wrote: ↑Tue Jun 24, 2025 3:21 pmTeakle did lose it in the dressing room which was ironic because he didn't make any adjustments or do any coaching the entire game. Karen showed by cutting XZ that she doesn't even have loyalty to kids who pay $25,000 a year to attend school at Everest. Everyone always knew she was a piece of shit, but they kept going back because they always won. Now they lost the two biggest tournaments of the summer, Karen has proven herself to be a snake and everyone saw Teakle get BADLY out-coached against the Lions and East Coast. Anyone anxious to sign up for Everest next year is an idiot plain and simple.
Re: 2013 GTHL AAA
Fontaine already bailed on Everest and Brad Coombe said this was their last year with Everest. A lot of Toronto kids have already been turned off and don't want to play there next year. They'll lose the Throne and then it's all over. Karma.
