Who is coaching BJC? Which top Cobras player going JRC? JRC seems to be recruiting from all over and if the international imports are that good to be brought in from overseas they will def be a strong team but what’s always interesting is that a lot of top players have parents used to their kid playing a lot of mins. Obviously there will now only be 1 top line and a top D pair. How will parents feel about their current top line kid getting limited minutes. Some may not be so bothered by it but I’m sure egos will clash.

YK still undefeated against winter teams. What I’ve realized is that they do not have the most individually skilled players on that team but the players are all very disciplined and have a system they execute so well. Until other teams can figure out to play within a system and learn to move the puck around they will not be as successful. Sure sometimes you can get total standout player lead the team to victory but kids in tier 1 do not have a huge skills gap. Next year will be interesting to see which teams can execute good systems and get their players to move the puck around. This is also the reason Raiders Silver do so well. Their passing is so precise.

Stars Black should move down to group C after going 1-4 in group B (only win against the worst team in group C)

Junior wings should move up to group B after winning group C and beating the aces 2-1 who won group B

The 4 teams in division A would still need to play 2 additional games as their round robin would only be 3 games. They could play one opponent twice in group A which makes sense.

Good idea

Can make a case for Aces to move to division A or stay division B. One thing is that the size on their D men alone scares a lot of teams. North Saints should not be in division A at all. They belong in division B and will make it competitive there but they also need to play as a team. Junior Wings should move up to B as they continue to improve all season. For the Stars the wheels have fallen off and have been on a downward spiral. They need to move to division C.
