I would call around and ask for next years schedule. How many practices, goalie coaching, when home games are and see if that aligns with your schedule
2014 GTHL AA WEST

Re: 2014 GTHL AA WEST
There are also a few coaching changes for 25/26. ST & TW for sure. That may mean some openings as players follow current coaches to new teams.Guest wrote: ↑Thu Feb 20, 2025 9:03 amI would call around and ask for next years schedule. Suggestion 1: Rule out any team with a parent coach - we all know how that endsGuest wrote: ↑Thu Feb 20, 2025 9:35 amThere are also a few coaching changes for 25/26. ST & TW for sure. Suggestion 2: Stay away from all the mississauga teams - there is always drama (Minus the Beast)
Suggestion 3: Find a coach looking to build a forever group - you can tell who those people are when you meet them. Shortsighted coaches only focus on wins now
Suggestion 4: Stay away from Vaughan - if you thought parent groups were bad in AAA....they might be worse here
Suggestion 5: Go to some skates and let your kid see if he likes the kids on the team he his skating with - some groups make kids feel at home right off the bat...typically by the ones coached by good people....
Re: 2014 GTHL AA WEST
lol…. The beast are the best telling parents what they want. Ask how many new beast from last year are returning. That should be your answer.Guest wrote: ↑Thu Feb 20, 2025 5:13 pmSuggestion 1: Rule out any team with a parent coach - we all know how that endsGuest wrote: ↑Thu Feb 20, 2025 9:35 amThere are also a few coaching changes for 25/26. You can say that about majority of all the teams. Parents will tell other parents what they are doing or not doing and then do the opposite. Not a true statement.lmaoGuest wrote: ↑Thu Feb 20, 2025 8:06 pmlol…. The beast are the best telling parents what they want. Ask how many new beast from last year are returning. Well if the team overturned 6 kids last year (3 of which went AAA)Guest wrote: ↑Thu Feb 20, 2025 8:06 pmlol…. The beast are the best telling parents what they want. MB has 6 new kids and 3 have confirmed they are returning AT LEAST
Re: 2014 GTHL AA WEST
That’s why I will never go to the beast. Coach’s Lie and little Jonny will be gone in a sec. Your word means nothing to the beast organization. Ask the families of the beast that are getting screwed. I’m one of them.Guest wrote: ↑Fri Feb 21, 2025 8:36 amWell if the team overturned 6 kids last year (3 of which went AAA)Guest wrote: ↑Thu Feb 20, 2025 8:06 pmlol…. So you'll never be one but you're getting screwed by them? Sounds like your one of them that just got axed,Guest wrote: ↑Fri Feb 21, 2025 10:06 amThat’s why I will never go to the beast. Before blaming the organization maybe look at the kid or even look at the parent on here complaining about being cut. LMAO
Re: 2014 GTHL AA WEST
For the record, ST cut 7, MNS cut 7, MT cut 6, whats wrong with MB making changes? Only answer is your one of the changes HAHAHA maybe if you weren't a toxic a**hole your kid would still be there instead of crying on MHT about how your little superstar got "screwed"Guest wrote: ↑Fri Feb 21, 2025 10:06 amThat’s why I will never go to the beast.
