TRW does not look great but teams like the Reps and DMF have looked even worse. After the power 5 of TYN, VK, JRC, TM, TT the talent level falls off a cliff. It’s just the same B level players recycled to new teams. None of these teams have game changing players or exceptional coaching especially since LD left the Rebels. There will be very little difference between the fifth and ninth place teams next year and none of them will have a chance against the power 5
Maybe other than TYN the top 5 teams have some brutal players. But every team needs a third line to shut their mouth right? Usually scoring comes from three or four players. TYN is the deepest team, but players they have like MC and KR have never will or will never be "game changers" and I can thnk of alot of players on mid pack teams that are upgrades to those type of players that refuse to play 10 minutes a night for a jersey.

Look at the best players on any team outside of the top 4. MC and KR are better than any of them so yes if they went to a mid pack team they would definitely be first line, PP, PK. I doubt they expect top minutes on TYN they probably want the coaching and winning. If they expect top minutes go there and be a top player then they are crazy.

There are no players in the loop who have the ability to play for a top 4 team but choose not to. To say that there are is stupid. Any kid on teams 5-12 would give their left nut to play 7 minutes a game for any top 4 team and play in meaningful games and get the best coaching. The reason that those kids are on mid pack teams is because they aren't good enough to play top 4. If they could, they would.

Lesells was a third line player who got cut from TYN and played top line TT (before he got cut from TT )
Sternburg was a third line player with TYN before he got cut and played first and second line with Rebels last year.
Ruggeri and Ambrosio were third line with 5th place TRW and got cut and will be top line on Sens next year
Menardi was third line on VK who got cut and will be top line on NYR
Bodorkos was third D pair with TM and went to Reps as their #1 D

We get the point bud. Top teams trash are bottom teams treasure. But for every kid like LC who goes from third line cut to top line on a bad team there are also kids like HB from TYN, EM from JRC and LN from VK who get cut from top teams and then can't even get spots on bad teams. So there are some players like that too you have to admit. But mostly yes third line players on best teams do become top players on shit teams

AR is the best forward on DMF by far and JA is probably the second best. Have you seen how bad the other kids are in Carnevale? Their top scorer had 11 goals last year! The TM kids will be their best for sure and it was a nice pick up by DMF.
